Vehicle queue page

The following page lists all vehicles in the user's queue.

  1. "Vehicle Queue" - select to return to the vehicle queue from any page. The icon shows the number of inspections currently appearing in the list.
  2. "Search" - select to open the Search window.
  3. Log-in information – the current user.
  4. Language selection.
  5. List of vehicles in the queue - sorted by arrival time (default), but can be sorted by TAG, customer, RO# or status by clicking on a column heading.
    • Click in a row to open the inspection for the selected vehicle.
  6. Promise Time - the promised delivery time plus an indicator (on schedule, approaching time, or time elapsed.)
  7. The Technician and Advisor currently assigned to the inspection.
  8. Inspection Status – for example “Created”.
  9. "Delete" - removes the inspection from the vehicle queue (Advisor or Administrator only).
  10. "MPI" - opens a PDF of the inspection report and cost summary at any stage of the inspection process.
  11. Labor hours - the number of hours of labor, in tenths, associated with the approved services from the pre-write.
  12. Lock icon– appears when the inspection is being worked by the indicated Technician. The current Technician user cannot open the inspection. Hover over the icon (or tap on a tablet) to see the user currently claiming (working in) the inspection.
  13. Condition indicators - indicates the conditions set in the completed inspection (e.g. 'OK', 'Needs future attention', 'Needs immediate attention'). The number indicates the number of recommendations made in the category, if any.
    • = the inspection has not been completed.

  1. By VIN – enter the last five to eight characters of the VIN to narrow search results or look for a specific vehicle.
  2. Status – select one or more status values to narrow search results.
  3. Start date for search – defaults to a number of days prior to the current date as set in the configuration menu. Modify by using “+” and “-” .
  4. End date of search – defaults to the current date. Modify by using “+” and “-” .
  5. Tag/Hat # – enter a tag or hat number to narrow the search results or look for a specific vehicle.
  6. Created By – select one or more values from a list of all Advisors. Defaults to the current user (Advisors only).
  7. Last Name - enter all or part of the customer's name.
  8. Assigned To - select one or more from a list of all Technicians. It defaults to all selected.
  9. RO # - enter the RO# to look for a specific vehicle.
  10. "Clear Selections" - resets the filters to their defaults.
  11. “Search” - applies the filters and returns the matching inspections to the vehicle queue.
  12. “Create MPI” - opens a window for creating a quick MPI (Refer to Manually creating an MPI.)
  13. “Auto-Refresh” - check to refresh the vehicle queue every 30 seconds.
