Accessing the Administration interface

(Dealer Administrators only)

The Administration interface is accessed from the Appointment Manager application.

Select Administration from the drop-down list under the dealer name:

The Administration interface opens to the main page as shown next.

Administration tabs

Appointment Manager Administration has the following four tabs:

  • Employees is used to review and maintain the available hours for each employee.
  • Departments is used to maintain the information and settings for each department.
  • Teams is used to maintain the different teams of employees within each department.
  • Transportation Options is used to control the number of appointments assigned to a particular transportation option in order to manage department and dealership resources.

Click “Back to Dashboard” at any time to return to the Appointment Manager.

Note: When setting up the Administration settings for your dealership for the first time, use the following sequence:

1. Departments
2. Teams
3. Employees
4. Transportation Options
