Welcome to Service Dashboard and Digital MPI. Service Dashboard helps keep everyone informed about the progress and status of vehicles in for service. At a glance, you can see each vehicle and what needs to be done to move it toward completion. It is the central location for managing your work flow throughout the day.

Since the previous version, the following key features have been added:
- Service lane parts indicators and flags have been added.
- Promise Time and Tag # can be updated.
- The dealership has the option to display either Promise Time or Arrive Time in the service lane.
- DMPI 'All Green' messages can be automatically sent.
For optimal performance on the desktop, please use one of the following browsers: Chrome or Microsoft Edge running Windows 10 or higher. The application opens items in additional tabs/windows. Please ensure all pop-up blockers are disabled for this site.

Always clear your browser cache from the beginning of time after a new release or system upgrade:
- Close all browser windows.
- Clear the browser cache:
- Google Chrome: Open the browser menu ('...' in the top right corner) and select Settings. Scroll down and select Advanced. Scroll down to Privacy and security and select Clear browsing data. Under Basic, select a Time Range of All time from the drop-down list and check all the types of browser information e.g. Cookies and site data. Click "Clear data" then close the Settings tab.
- Google Chrome (on Android): Open the browser menu ('...' in the top right corner) and select History. At the top of the page, select Clear browsing data. Under Basic, select a Time Range of All time from the drop-down list and check all the types of browser information e.g. Cookies and site data. Click "Clear data". Ensure dealer-fx.com is selected then click "Clear".
- Safari: Open the device Settings and select Safari. Scroll down and select Clear History and Website Data. Confirm to clear history and data.
- Microsoft Edge: Open the browser menu ('...' in the top right corner) then select History or Settings. Click "Clear History" or "Choose what to clear". Select items related to browsing history and data e.g. Cached data and files. Select Always clear this when I close the browser. Click "Clear" to clear the cache.
