If the customer has an active Motor Vehicle Plan (MVP), it appears on this page.

Click on the Contract name to open a window with the associated information. For example, you can see how many remaining oil changes are left on the contract:

Note: Existing MVP plans for the vehicle are also shown on the VIP Report.

To see what MVP Plans are eligible to sell on this vehicle, click on the "Documents" icon at the bottom of the page and select 'MVP Plans' from the list. The information opens as a PDF in a separate browser tab.

Note If the report does not appear, check the far right of the address bar to see if the pop-up was blocked. If it was, click on it and allow pop-ups to this site, then try again.

Advisors can sell MVP plans from the Build RO Page and they will be pushed automatically into DealerCONNECT.
