wiADVISOR Stellantis Integration

If the customer selected from the queue does not match the known owner of the VIN, the Customer Information Mismatch Window appears. wiADVISOR automatically checks Stellantis' database for customer information and displays the information from the DMS if there are differences.

Look for differences in mailing address or contact information as well as missing information..

Note: Any updates made in wiADVISOR to the Restriction Preferences or other customer data must also be made in COIN. wiADVISOR does not update COIN.
