Active Delivery

Introduction

wiADVISOR Dashboard’s 'Active Delivery’ enhances the customer experience by identifying critical items to review with the customer once service has been completed. It provides a consistent re-delivery process in a convenient checklist format, requiring customer sign-off. Data collected by Active Delivery will be directly linked to the Wagoneer Premium Achievement Program.

When completing a delivery with the customer, the Advisor should find their vehicle on wiADVISOR's Active Delivery page:

The Active Delivery status is also indicated in the Completed queue:

Once the correct vehicle has been found, the checklist should be reviewed with the customer:

Once the checklist is submitted, the results are shown:

The vehicle is now marked as delivery completed In the Active Delivery list and Completed queue:
