Vehicle Chat

The Vehicle Chat can be used to review all messages related to the vehicle in the queue:

  1. Select a vehicle from the list or use the search option with a VIN.
    • Use the "Refresh" button to refresh the list at any time.
  2. Vehicle details appear at the top of the Messenger queue.
    • Click on the customer name to go the Customer Messaging option to send a text or email (Refer to Customer messaging for more information.)
  3. Timestamped messages about the VIN are listed sequentially along with the sender's name.
    • Use 'Search in the conversation' to look for a text string in the displayed messages.
    • Click to the left of the message to see the status at the time of the message:

  1. Use the 'Enter a message' field to add an internal message about the vehicle to this page. Your initials will appear beside the message. The message does not need a distribution list.
