The Dashboard Page

The Dashboard page provides the dealership with a quick view of the status of all service lanes and the ability to quickly identify any areas needing attention.

 

Tile definitions

Each tile provides important information about the status of the vehicles in the queue.

Missed appointments Appointments that were missed today. Try to reschedule.
MPI Declined by Advisor Service lanes where an inspection was not specified in the write-up in wiADVISOR Dashboard. Manually create the MPI in Technician Inspection.
Carry Over Service lanes that have been open for more than two days. Verify if there is a valid reason why the vehicles have not been delivered .
Waiters (2 hours +) Service lanes flagged as "waiters" that have been open for more than 2 hours. Review progress with the customer.
Write-up not Complete Service lanes where a check-in was started in wiADVISOR Dashboard but not completed within 10 minutes. If write-up was finished, you may still need to click "Complete" to generate the appointment/RO.
MPI not Started Open service lanes where the inspection has not been started. Verify the RO was dispatched.
Awaiting Parts Estimate

Service lanes in Parts Request status for more than 8 minutes. Remind the Parts Department to complete the quote.

Quarter Time Service lanes that were not in Reviewed status by the quarter time. Follow up with the Technician and/or customer to review inspection results.
Promise Time Service lanes that were not in Ready for Delivery status by the promise time. Follow up with the Technician and reset customer expectations.
Service Lanes -
Ready for Delivery
Vehicles (and their associated $ from the write-up) which are in Ready for Delivery status. Contact the customer to arrange pick-up.
Ready for Delivery
by Transportation Options
Service lanes that are currently in Ready for Delivery status with a transportation option that could impact revenue or customer satisfaction if not delivered in a timely fashion. Contact the customer to arrange pick-up.
