Campaign settings

From the Campaigns page:

  1. Select a campaign name to see its configuration details. Note that 'Default' indicates a default campaign.

Note: Default campaigns can be made inactive but their configuration data cannot be changed. New campaigns created by the dealership are considered non-default and can be updated as needed. Refer to Adding a campaign for more information.

  1. The campaign's configuration information is divided into tabs: Information, Criteria, Scripts/Email/Text, Campaign History and additional tabs that appear for specific situations.
  2. Click "Cancel" at any time to cancel your configuration changes.
  3. Use the "Next" and "Prev" buttons, or click on a tab, to move between sections.

Note: Campaigns named 'Preset' come with mostly pre-configured settings making them quick and easy to run. Currently a 'Basic' package of preset email campaigns is available to all dealerships. Refer to Preset campaigns for more information.

To complete the campaign setup, click on the last page.
