Campaign Analysis report

This report contains a snapshot of each active campaign and the number of tasks in the campaign that were created, or had activity, between the selected dates.

Note: Results from multi-communication campaigns are available in the Multi-Communication Campaign Analysis report.

The report contains the following information for each campaign:

  • Campaign Name.
  • # New Tasks: The number of tasks where no one has attempted to contact the customer yet.
  • # In Progress Tasks: The number of tasks where an Appointment Coordinator has attempted to contact the customer but the task is not yet closed.
    • Refer to Disposition Codes for a list of dispositions that are considered in progress versus closed.
  • # Closed Tasks: The number of tasks closed between the entered dates.
  • # Expired Tasks: The number of tasks that expired between the entered dates.

 

This view is similar to the Campaign Summary Report but selecting a campaign opens a detailed Campaign Analysis report as shown in Campaign Analysis report - By campaign.
