BDC Agent Success Report - By Appointment Coordinator

This view of the BDC Agent Success Report displays the detailed performance for each individual Appointment Coordinator in the indicated campaign.

Note: Appointment Coordinators also have access to this report in order to view their call statistics. In this case, the report only shows the results for the logged-in user.

The report generated contains the following data:

• First Name and Last Name of each Appointment Coordinator.
• Performance metrics. Refer to BDC Agent Success Report for column information.
