In general, select and add services as follow:

1. Use the general search field at the top of the page to search across all categories (excluding Tires). Once an individual tab is selected, the search field only searches the current list.
2. Click in the left list of services to add the service. Click to add all listed services.
3. Click in the right list of requested services to remove a concern. Click to remove all services.
4. Click a price to modify it.
5. Click on the service description to add a comment. This comment will appear with the service information in wiADVISOR Dashboard.
6. Where available, click on the question mark beside a service to get more information about the feature and its benefits.
7. Click "Generate Menu" at any time to generate a maintenance menu with the currently selected services.
8. A running total of all selected concerns and services is shown. It provides an estimate of the total, including taxes and fees.

Click on a tab name to navigate to a sub-tab.

The Concerns sub-tab is used to capture the customer's concerns.

The Scheduled sub-tab displays all of the services that are required at the entered odometer interval.

Note: If an oil change or tire rotation service is offered and there are remaining services in the customer's Mopar Vehicle Protection Plan for the VIN, the price is listed as 'included' and an explanatory note appears under the service.

Note: If you need to remove items from a packaged service, first delete the package (using ). Next, go to the Unscheduled Services tab and re-select, from the list of unscheduled items, the service lines needed.

Once the scheduled services are sold to the customer, use the Unscheduled sub-tab to add any other services. In Scheduled services, services were added that were factory required. Use the Unscheduled page to add services missed from a previous interval.

Once the scheduled and unscheduled services have been added to the appointment, go to the Recommended Services sub-tab which lists all of the recommended services.

Under the Vehicle Health sub-tab, you will see open recalls and other health items as available for the vehicle.

Note: The services may be pre-selected and listed on the right.

• A "Parts Required" icon indicates that parts are required for this recall and the dealership should confirm availability before adding it to the appointment.
