Filter

The “Filter” icon displays appointment filters for use on the Day view, Week view, List view and Search results view:

  1. Click the “Filter” icon to display the appointment filters. In each category, more than one filter can be selected.
  2. Use the drop-down lists to select filters by Advisor, Origin, Service Type and Make.
  3. Use the check boxes to filter by status of appointment (Shown, Missed, Booked) and by appointments flagged as Special Order Parts, Repeat Repair, Recall or Override Used.
  4. Filter by DMS Push indicator to locate appointments by push status. The dealership should regularly check for appointments that failed to push (). Refer to Push to DMS Indicators.
  5. All selected filters are displayed at the top of the page.
    • To remove a single filter, click the “x” beside the filter.
  6. Appointments not meeting the criteria are grayed-out or hidden (Search and List views only).
  7. To clear all the filters, click “Clear All”.

Once the filters are set, click the “Filter” icon again to collapse the filter window. The filtered appointments are listed.
