Employees tab

Note: Make sure you have set up your departments and teams first. Refer to Departments – Info tab and Teams tab for setup instructions.

The Employees page is used to block time segments at the employee level. Use this page to set each employee’s work hours, holidays, shifts, lunch hours and one-time blocks such as vacation days.

There are three sub-tabs:

  • Info is used to maintain the usual working hours for the Service Advisor.
  • Calendar is used to set one-time days off for the Service Advisor, such as vacations.
  • Recurring is used to set recurring blocked time segments such as lunch.

Each of the sub-tabs is described next.
