Employees – Info tab

Use the Info page to set up the Service Advisor’s work time.

  1. All the employees in the dealership are listed on the left.



    The information under each name indicates:
    • If they are a Technician or Service Advisor .
    • if they are enabled to accept appointments from Online Scheduler.
    • the department they are in.
    • the team they are currently assigned to.
  1. To view and edit the Service Advisor’s working hours, click on the Service Advisor’s name to show their Working hours on the right.
  2. If the Service Advisor’s working hours have not been set up yet, they will default to their department’s working hours (Refer to Departments – Info tab for more information). Edit the working hours as follows:
    • Select the check box beside the day to be edited. Leave a day unchecked if the Service Advisor has no working hours that day. It will be labeled ‘Holiday’.
    • Adjust the times. Select “AM” or “PM” after you set the start and end hours.
  3. Click the “Save” icon beside each day to save any time changes. The updates will be effective immediately. Click the “Cancel” icon to cancel any updates to the times and to reset the values.   Note that the icons only appear once you click on the times.
    • Checking or unchecking a day does not require you to save. It is effective immediately.
    • A confirmation notice is displayed when a change is successfully saved.
